04Run, and what it costs

One price to get ready. One plan to stay ready.

No hourly billing and no surprise invoices. You see the project price, the monthly plan and your go-live date in writing before you commit.

Pricing

What you pay for.

We plan the project with you before you pay anything, and the proposal at the end has one fixed price.

Steps 01–03

The project

One fixed pricein your proposal

Priced on the pages and connections your site needs.

  • Your pages rebuilt on a fast, server-rendered stack
  • Every URL redirected and a rankings baseline recorded
  • Forms, bookings and calls into your CRM and calendar
  • Your business facts written out on every page
  • Search Console, Bing and Business Profile set up
  • AI visibility measured before launch
  • A walkthrough of how to edit your content

About six weeks from the first call to a live site, depending on how big your site is.

Step 04

The monthly plan

One monthly feemonth to month

We host, update and watch the site, make your monthly changes and send you a plain report.

  • Hosting in your own account
  • Security updates and uptime monitoring
  • Up to 8 hours of changes and new pages a month
  • Monthly report: leads by source, speed, uptime, AI visibility
  • Site down: we get the alert and start fixing it
  • Everything else: reply within one business day

It starts on launch day.

Client portals, internal tools and AWS or Google Cloud builds are quoted separately. Third-party costs such as your CRM, phone minutes or cloud usage are billed to your own accounts and estimated up front.

How it goes

About six weeks to launch. Then every month.

From the first call to the first monthly report. Your current site stays live the whole time.

  1. Call

Thirty minutes on what you have outgrown and what the site has to do.

  2. Proposal

A fixed price, the monthly plan, what is included and your go-live date, in writing.

  3. Build

We rebuild, connect and test while your current site stays live. You review everything on a private preview.

  4. Launch

We switch over, check every redirect and form, and start measuring.

  5. Run

Hosting and upkeep, a plain report and up to 8 hours of changes a month. Anything more is quoted first.

Dates are an outline. Your proposal gives your go-live date.

Right-sized

Built for the size you are today.

A small practice and a company with a client portal need very different setups. We build what yours needs today, in your own accounts, and add more when you need it.

  1. A fast site you own

Server-rendered pages on your own Cloudflare account. Cloudflare’s free plan covers many small sites, and there are no plugins to patch.

Usually fitsService businesses, practices, local firms

  2. Your site and the systems behind it

Everything in S, wired into your CRM, calendar, payments and phones, with AI answering calls and chats where it helps.

Usually fitsTeams that live on leads and bookings

  3. Proper cloud for what you run

Client portals, internal tools, data and AI workloads on AWS or Google Cloud, with access controls, backups and monitoring set up properly.

Usually fitsBusinesses that run software as well as a site

In the contract

Three guarantees, in the contract.

Written into every proposal, before you pay anything.

  1. You keep everything we build.

Domain, hosting and every account are in your name from day one, and the code and content are yours once the work is paid. Leave any month and take it all with you.

  2. Every old page lands somewhere.

Every URL is redirected, and we check your search traffic against the pre-launch baseline for 90 days. If a drop traces to the move, we fix it at our cost.

  3. Fast for real visitors within 60 days.

Your site passes Google’s Core Web Vitals within 60 days of launch, or your monthly plan is free until it does.

The traffic check compares Google Search Console data before and after launch; our liability is capped at the project fee, and changes caused by Google algorithm updates are excluded. The speed guarantee uses Google’s field data where your site has enough visitors, and Google’s Lighthouse lab test where it does not.

Questions about price and working together

Why not an hourly rate?

So you know the cost before you sign. The proposal fixes the price and what it includes. Anything outside it gets its own quote before we do it.

Do I have to keep the monthly plan?

No. It is month to month. If you leave, the site, code, domain and accounts are already yours, and we hand over the documentation.

Will I lose my Google rankings when we move?

You should not. Rankings drop when old links break, so we redirect every URL and keep your titles and content. Our link guarantee covers the first 90 days after launch.

What counts toward the 8 hours of changes?

Content edits, new pages and small fixes count toward them, in 15-minute blocks listed in your monthly report. Unused hours do not roll over, and new integrations or redesigns get their own quote.

Can I edit the site myself?

Yes. We set up an editor for the content you change often, such as services, team, prices and posts, and show you how to use it. Layout and integration changes are part of the monthly plan.

Do you write our content?

Partly. We write the business facts that search engines and AI tools rely on, such as services, hours and answers to common questions. Long articles stay with you.

What if CloudWeld closes?

You keep a working site. It is standard code in your own GitHub and Cloudflare accounts, with written handover notes, so any competent developer can pick it up.

How much of my time does it take?

A kickoff call, one review of your content and facts, and approving the preview before launch. We do the rest.

Do you work on WordPress sites?

Only to move you off one. We export your content, rebuild the pages and redirect every link. We do not maintain WordPress sites.
